The National Panorama Single Pan Preliminaries
The National Panorama Single Pan Preliminaries continues in the East as bands compete for places in the semi -finals.
Seventeen (17) bands are listed to perform before the judges’ panel at their respective pan yards on Thursday 07 November (5), continuing on Friday 08 November (8) and ending on Saturday 09 November 2019 (4). Judging begins at 7:00 pm each night.
The Minister of Community Development, Culture and The Arts, Hon Dr. Nyan Gadsby-Dolly is expected to visit several of the competing bands on Thursday.

The eleven (11) remaining bands in the South/Central and Tobago Regions will wind up the National Panorama Single Pan Preliminaries over three days.
The eight (8) South/Central bands will go through their paces before the adjudication panel on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 November while the three (3) Tobago bands will have their turn on Tuesday 12 November at 8:00 pm.
At the end of the Preliminaries, thirty (30) bands will be selected by order of merit to compete in the National Semi-Finals carded for Sunday 17 November 2019, at the Arima Velodrome. Starting time is 4:00 pm. Admission is $100. Score sheets will be opened on Wednesday November 13, 2019 at the Murchison Brown Auditorium, Port of Spain City Hall, Knox Street, at 10:00 am before bands’ representatives.
