Pan Clash Explosion (15 and under)
Pan Clash Explosion is a competition for soloists and ensembles. The 15-and-under category featured musicians as young as 10 who were required to perform a solo over a pre-selected tune of choice. This year’s competition was a draw which reflected the high standard of musicianship and performance in this competition.

Nyle Auguiste who’s interpretation of “Brown Skin Girl” was described as expressive, confident and with clear dynamics. Award was collected by Jody Humphries.

Jaheem Moreno’s rendition of “Hookin Meh” saw him retain his title in this category. The judges once again commended him on his technical ability imparted to him by Uncle Jacko. At 15, he moves into the overs category next year where he will no doubt continue to shine.
