Trinidad and Tobago Small Steelbands Panorama Prelims 2019
B Minor of Morvant will be the first of fourteen (14) Small Bands in the Eastern Region to be judged as the National Panorama Small Band Category continues on Thursday December 12, 2019 from 6:00pm.
The other ten (10) bands will go through their paces on Friday December 13 (5) and Saturday December 14 (5) at their respective pan yards.
Continuing on Sunday December 15, the first five of eleven bands in South Central Region will face the adjudication panel starting with Music Makers Steel Symphony. They have opted to perform at the Antillean All Stars Pan Yard. Carib Street, San Fernando.
On Monday December 16, the remaining six bands will perform their Panorama selections culminating at Golden Hands Pan Theatre, Independence Avenue, San Fernando.
The next day, Tuesday December 17, the four-person adjudication panel will travel to Tobago to carry out a similar exercise. Eight (8) bands will perform their respective selections commencing at Belle Garden with T&TEC New East Side Dimension ending at Scarborough and Our Boys.

Bands will draw for playing positions on Thursday December 19, at the same venue from 10:00 am. Thirty (30) Bands will proceed in order of merit to the Semi Final round on Saturday January 11, 2019 at Victoria Square, Port of Spain, starting at 4:00 pm
