BAS/NHC Best Traditional Steel Band - Panecktar Steel Band
The art of pan-round-neck is a dying tradition. To do so against the challenge of crowd movement and congestion at the Notting Hill Carnival is no small feat, which makes the presentation of this award even more special.
The band’s rendition of “Pastime Paradise” saw them reclaim their title.
The winners of this year’s Best Traditional Steelband at the 2019 Notting Hill Carnival are Panecktar Steelband.
