Dexter 'Clappy"Wilson was a long standing member of Phase II Pan Groove's stageside and the bass-section leader died of cancer on the 9/8/08 around 2:30 in the General Hospital in Port of Spain, Trinidad.  This sad news has left members of Phase 11 Pan Groove in a gloomy mood especially when they have their upcoming tour of Nigeria due at the end of August 2008.
